Warranty

ADK Leatherwork products are guaranteed for life against defects in craftsmanship. Craftsmanship includes all stitching, hardware, and the things I do to create the product. Leather is a natural product and will eventually breakdown over many years. This warranty does not include “usual wear and tear” abuse, pet / animal damage, or lack of care. Leather requires regular care, cleaning, and conditioning. Failure to take care of your leather is not covered by this warranty.

Order Cancelations

If for some reason you need to cancel an order please call me as soon as possible. As long as I haven’t ordered your leather or started production on your item I will cancel your order. Once the leather has been ordered or production has begun, all orders are final.

Reason:

I am a small one-man shop and each product is made custom to order. I order most of the leather specific to each product and order.

Returns & Refund

I want you to be happy with my products. If for any reason you are unhappy, contact me within 7 days from receiving the item (according to UPS or USPS tracking) and we will discuss what I can do to make things right. (FYI: Your wife discovering you paid that much for a briefcase is not grounds for a refund) Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees during return process. Products must be returned in new condition.

Any items with custom modifications other than offered as standard options on the website is not eligible for return/refund.
